The Victory Center Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) and

Language and Behavior Programs

The Victory Center provides education and services to individuals and families with autism and similar disabilities.  Our program is unique for its 1:1 student-teacher ratio. Comprehensive individualized  and science-based treatment is provided so that every individual can develop to his/her fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally through academic, transitional, and community outreach  services.

The programs offer state-of-the-art intensive and comprehensive treatment that is highly structured and based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The Victory Center is staffed by qualified professionals in the areas of behavior analysis, education, and other  related   services.

Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI)

The focus of EIBI is to teach basic learning and language skills to children ages 3-8 through assessing individual  student needs, developing optimal individualized  instructional programming, and implementing empirically-validated  techniques derived from the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

Teaching targets include adaptive behaviors across the domains of receptive language, expressive language, and socialization. 

The goal of the social and language rich environment is to foster and maximize young children’s skills and  learning  at a critical stage in their development. 

 Language and Behavior (For children 8-14)

  • 1:1 instruction focuses on further fostering basic  learning and language skills through individualized instructional programming.
  • Teaching targets include adaptive behaviors across the domains of verbal behavior/advanced communication, socialization, and independence in daily living skills.
  • The program consists of a visually supported environment where students can increase their functional communication skills through the use of PECS, Sign Language and/or Vocals.
  • This program includes behavior intervention plans for those students with compliance difficulties and/ or maladaptive behaviors.

Sports and Fitness

Sports and Fitness is an integral part of the Victory Center curriculum. Physical fitness is provided 2-3 times per week all year round. Activities include tennis, bicycling, basketball and the gym. Eligible students also train and participate annually in the Special Olympics.
