A. Interested parents/caregivers may call the school to schedule tour.

B. Once parents/caregivers arrive for a tour they will receive an Information Packet including:
- Mission Statement
- Student Application and Intake Form
- Financial Assistance Information and Application
- McKay Scholarship Fund Information
- Proof of 501 (c)(3) status
- Informational Brochure
- Summer Camp Information
- Saturday Program Information and Application
- Miscellaneous Victory School Newsletters
C. Return Completed Application form along with $250 intake fee.
Return the completed “Student Application and Intake Form” form to the Administrative Office at 18900 Northeast 25th Avenue, North Miami Beach, Florida 33180 or mail it to: Post Office Box 630266 Miami, Florida 33163-0266
D. After Application & $250 intake fee received
Child is put on our waiting list until an opening becomes available.
D. Once a position is open
The parents are contacted to set up a student evaluation

E. After evaluation
The Educational Director and Administrator consult in order to determine prospective student eligibility. Within two days of the completed evaluation, parents are contacted by the Administrator to confirm whether or not their child is eligible for admission.
If they are ineligible, parents will receive a phone call and a letter of notification.
If student is eligible, they are set up for admission meeting.
F. Admissions meeting
Discuss school policy, financial obligations, and potential start dates.
Enrollment fees are collected.
G. After admissions committee meeting
Parents will be notified of start date.
